Automation and Smart Control for Wastewater Treatment Plants
IDEA SISTEM can integrate PLC-based automation, remote monitoring and process control into industrial wastewater treatment plants. The automation system is configured according to the treatment process, wastewater characteristics, plant capacity and required level of operator control.
These systems are especially suitable for wastewater generated by anodizing lines, zinc plating plants, phosphating lines, cataphoresis plants, nickel plating, electroless nickel, copper plating and other surface treatment processes.
- Real-Time Process Monitoring: Parameters such as pH, tank levels, pump status, mixer operation and treatment stages can be monitored continuously.
- Automated Chemical Dosing: Caustic, acid, coagulant, polymer and other treatment chemicals can be dosed according to the required process logic and operating conditions.
- pH Control: Neutralization and precipitation stages can be controlled automatically to maintain the required pH range for the treatment process.
- Pump and Mixer Control: Transfer pumps, dosing pumps, circulation pumps and mixers can be operated automatically according to tank levels, timers and process sequences.
