IDEA SISTEM designs and manufactures automated anodizing lines for aluminum surface treatment applications. Systems can be supplied as fully automatic or semi-automatic lines according to production capacity, part dimensions and process requirements.
Turnkey anodizing plants can include process tanks, heating and cooling systems, rectifiers, automated transport systems, PLC/SCADA control, fume extraction, PP/HDPE fans, wet scrubbers and wastewater treatment equipment.
Each anodizing line is engineered according to the required process sequence, production capacity and factory layout.
Rack and Barrel Zinc Plating Plants
IDEA SISTEM designs and manufactures rack and barrel zinc plating plants for industrial metal finishing applications. Lines are engineered according to part geometry, production capacity, coating requirements and the selected zinc plating process.
Fully automatic and semi-automatic zinc plating plants can integrate process tanks, rectifiers, transport systems, dosing equipment, PLC/SCADA automation, ventilation, wet scrubber systems and wastewater treatment.
Turnkey zinc plating lines can be configured for different production requirements and process sequences.
Phosphating Lines
IDEA SISTEM designs and manufactures automated phosphating lines for metal surface preparation before painting, powder coating and other finishing processes.
Phosphating plants can be engineered for spray or immersion processes depending on the part geometry, production capacity and required surface treatment process. Systems may include chemical process tanks, heating, circulation, filtration, automatic transport, ventilation and PLC/SCADA control.
Complete phosphating lines are designed according to the required pretreatment sequence and factory production conditions.
Cataphoresis (E-Coat / KTL) and Anaphoresis Lines
IDEA SISTEM designs and manufactures cataphoresis (E-Coat / KTL) plants for industrial metal coating applications requiring controlled pretreatment, coating and curing processes.
Turnkey cataphoresis lines can include pretreatment and phosphating stages, rinsing systems, cataphoresis coating tanks, circulation and filtration equipment, rectifiers, automated transport systems, PLC/SCADA automation, ventilation and auxiliary equipment.
In addition to conventional cataphoresis systems, IDEA SISTEM can also engineer special anaphoresis lines for aluminum surfaces. These systems are developed according to the required pretreatment sequence, coating chemistry, electrical parameters, part geometry and production conditions.
Each cataphoresis or anaphoresis line is designed as a project-specific surface treatment system according to production capacity, process requirements and factory layout.
Other Surface Treatment and Plating Lines
In addition to anodizing, zinc plating and phosphating plants, IDEA SISTEM can also design and manufacture surface treatment systems for nickel plating, electroless nickel, copper plating, passivation, chemical cleaning, activation and other industrial metal finishing processes.
Depending on project requirements, these systems can be supplied as manual, semi-automatic or fully automated lines with integrated ventilation, automation and environmental equipment.
